These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at superiorrealtymgt.com and any services provided by Superior Realty Management (“Superior Realty Management,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including SMS communications. By using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

By accessing or using our website or any services offered by Superior Realty Management, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. Superior Realty Management reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Superior Realty Management provides professional property management, real estate brokerage, financing advisory, and investment services throughout New York City. Information presented on our website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer or agreement.
Superior Realty Management reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services

Section 03

SMS Communications — 10DLC Program

Program Description: Superior Realty Management sends transactional and informational SMS messages to clients and prospective clients who have expressly opted in to receive communications from the company. Messages are limited to appointment reminders, scheduling confirmations, property availability updates, lease renewal notices, maintenance appointment confirmations, and transactional updates directly related to a client’s tenancy or inquiry. No promotional or marketing content is sent via SMS.

Opt-In: SMS consent is obtained through one of two methods

• Verbal (Phone Call): During an inbound or outbound call with Superior Realty Management staff, the client is presented with an SMS disclosure — including the direct URLs for the Privacy Policy and these Terms & Conditions — and asked for express consent. The client verbally confirms consent and their mobile number, which are recorded by staff.
• Written (Online Contact Form): When a client submits an inquiry through the Contact Us form at superiorrealtymgt.com, they may optionally check an SMS consent checkbox. The checkbox is unchecked by default. The phone number field is optional — providing a number and checking the box is not required to submit the form. The checkbox disclosure includes links to our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions, which appear above the Submit button.

A confirmation SMS is sent upon opt-in. Consent is not a condition of receiving any services from us.

Message Frequency: Message frequency will vary based on your engagement with Superior Realty Management.

Opt-In Confirmation Message: “Welcome to Superior Realty Management. This confirms you have opted in to receive appointment reminders and transactional updates related to your tenancy or inquiry via SMS. Message and data rates may apply. Frequency may vary. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for assistance.”

No Third-Party Marketing: Your mobile number and SMS consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Message content is limited to legitimate business communications related to your real estate interests.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not:
